Builders Clean (Initial Clean)

The first deep clean after construction work is complete. This stage removes heavy dust, debris, paint splashes, labels, and protective coverings, creating a safe and workable environment for inspections and snagging.

Second Clean (Inspection Clean)

Carried out once snagging and final trades are finished. This clean removes fresh dust and marks left behind, ensuring the property is consistently clean and ready for final deta

Sparkle Clean (Pre-handover Clean)

A detailed finishing clean designed to present the property at its best. All surfaces, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and glass are thoroughly cleaned and polished to create a high-quality, move-in-ready appearance.

Occupational Clean (Final Handover Clean)

Completed immediately before occupation. This final light clean ensures the property is perfectly presented, with last-minute dust removal and polishing so it’s ready for residents or tenants to move in.

Carpets were heavily soiled due to baby and toddler but have come up like new, and almost completely dry straight away! Also had our very dirty oven cleaned and again looks like a brand new oven. Chloe so lovely to deal with. Would 100% recommend!
